Studying abroad can be a daunting decision to make for a lot of people. When I first decided to study in Canada, I was not certain about which school I should apply to. Universal has helped me to make the correct decision by directing me to apply to Columbia International College, a school which prepared me really well for my university study. Furthermore, Universal provided a lot of assistance throughout the application process. Through services like transcript translations, immigration documents application (visa, etc.) and on – site evaluation test, Universal has made my application process a lot quicker as well as simpler. Ms. Ling Ling thoroughly assisted me throughout the process and pre-arranged my accommodation (transport and hotel) when I arrived in Canada for the first time. And until now, she still keeps in touch to check how I am doing although I already graduated from CIC and is now studying for my Engineering degree in Queen’s University. To summarize, Universal has shown strong commitment as my chosen education agency and I am deeply thankful for their assistance.
